Glossary Term: Armée Belge des Partisans

The “Belgian Partisan Army” was founded in 1941 from the Communist Party of Belgium. Initially, they carried out small acts of sabotage, but from spring 1942, members began to assassinate collaborators. In the summer of 1943, a large number of members were arrested.
